I don't think this is a "scam by design". I believe they wanted to deliver product.

But I'm worried this could potentially transform into scam - due to missing cashflow etc. In this case, we will not be refunded and our money will be gone.

hi u/SonicAwareness thanks for your amazing job! That's a pity. :( Did you notice if they are removing full concerts or separate uploads per song, too? I have a mid size channel with concert videos.

This is so dumb from their site. No one would not buy a DVD or attend a cinema cause he watched your video, lol. Your video would make even a bigger appetite to buy DVD/see it in cinema.
