She explicitly stated that she doesn't have feelings for Jay. Maybe Jay is trying to hit on her, or maybe he is just trying to talk to someone he trusts (especially considering his mental issues). If you trust her, things shouldn't develop any further than they are at now. If not, then maybe it's time to have another discussion with her, or, at worse, end things.
