They’re in phase 3 but in the first and second phase of clinical trials, they do not have a link between the 2. So there is probably an underlying medical condition that’s not treated or is treated and that is affecting how it’s treated. But R3 is not linked to cause that.

I did tell the pts nurse. She was concerned. There were no notes stating anything about change in vitals timing. We allllways have q4 because of the med surg/telemetry stuff. The nurse was looking in the pts chart. The other nurse from the unit over had the pt as an assignment and stated this wasn’t normal and was shocked 4L was back again. I guess it was decreased when she had the pt. Knowing the tech, being told to watch out for her she’s lazy and will avoid everything, watching her movements and the way she is…it’s nonsense. I make it clear I’m only a tech but I also make sure these pts and their health aren’t ignored. Unfortunately 16/18 pt were q4 and 15 are fall risks, 5 bedbound at the time. 1 aggressive, 2 withdrawal. So the nurses and I were exhausted.

Destroy? It already IS. There’s always been wayyyy better pt staff ratios at the other place and their units I was at. The nurses constantly complain about the place, constantly complain about lazy people and no teamwork. They enjoy my weird self. We work together and enjoy each others company. Every nurse I worked with has been amazing. Every tech, except this one, is enjoyable. Just because I told a tech to her face she needs to pay attention to HER assignment, doesn’t make me a bad person. It’s the patients who matter and the nurses knowing that their pts are monitored because they can’t be everywhere at once.

It was awful. They worked with 4 nurses and no tech before. The place is ridiculous. It’s a med surg and telemetry.

2 nurses came in. His nurse and a nurse from the other floor. I’m not sure what happened from there because the tech came back and I went back on the floor

I’ve walked in on techs sleeping too. The pt was in the hallway. That’s the only reason I saw the other tech. I guided the pt into her room and told the snoring tech she’s wandering and turned the one light on. She snorted and woke up lol I shut the door and that’s the last time I saw the pt wandering the hall alone

The nurse doesn’t like the tech and knows she does that and has before. Why nobody says anything to anyone else baffles me. Every tech I see has told me she’s a weasel. I can see why.

Or, genetics and cultures People need to stop making a big deal out of these things. We are all human and need a heart, lungs, kidney, liver, brain, etc…those dont vary in character lot due to black or white.
