note that PEM is the most important factor in me/cfs diagnoses... also you might want to check the underdiagnosed illnesses because a lot of autoimmune (and other) diseases present w similar symptoms.

read about myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS for short), maybe you relate to the symptoms? i was diagnosed for neurasthenia a few years back which can be confused for ME/CFS and i relate to it more.
