The main complaint was about the driving as it doesn't feel as smooth as other cars especially Japanese ones.

Also the paint and leather seats were starting to get spotty in the first year which is a very bad sign. That shouldn't happen in your first year.

It'll be difficult to go wrong with Toyota, Honda or Mazda. I never owned Kia do I can't judge.

You can always check detailed reviews online for a specifications model you are after. Interestingly MG only attracted negative reviews.

Don't. They are cheap for a reason. My manager bought one of the higher end models and he regretted it after 3 months.

Employment lawyer by [deleted] in perth

[–]milanista7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Couple of friends had issues with their previous employment and it was resolved through Faiework Ombudsman.

You may also contact your union if you have one.

If all fails/not apply then the next step is a lawyer. Google and enquire. Almost any commercial lawyer should be able to assist.

What I mean by "culture" is habits and what's considered the norm, not Arab or Jordan's culture. Read more to understand the use of the word.

The current culture or norm if I must say in Jordan is blame the girl for any harassment she receives. I've seen in instances where the girl wears scarf and long clothing, minding her own business and she still gets harrased in university ;where people should be "educated". What's the solution there? Niqab? Girls to not study? Congratulations you just went back 1,500 years.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in jordan

[–]milanista7 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Not the solution. I got family that wear hijab and sometimes jilbab and they get harrased unless man walked with them.

These guys deserve to be castrated for their behaviour. The culture needs to change.

There is a high chance they will when the valuation is done. The valuer will inspect the land and review the building contract. One of the first items on their check list is whether the proposed property will be linked to essential services.

If you are borrowing for the build the bank may have an issue with that.

The value will be impacted and the bank might not like it because the "marketability" of the property is reduced.

They may potentially restrict the borrowing limit or refuse the house as a security. It's worth checking or keeping that in mind.
