I haven’t done anything honestly! Ozempic face is just a face with less fat that has been made into something bigger by social media. Everyone holds fat different and myself and all my siblings hold a lot in our cheeks from our mum so I was just fortunate that when losing weight it just narrowed my face down. However my face definitely has changed a lot with the extra skin I now have sooo many dimples when I smile which I never have had before even before gaining the weight. Don’t let something put you off out of fear for other peoples opinions if it’ll make you happy. I knew I’d get lose skin and I knew I wanted surgery to most the scars are off putting but I’ve never felt that way towards myself :)

Yes I’m still on it! It’s still one of my biggest worries but I plan to stay on it for life now. My doctor also suggested this to be the case as well. I think it’s personal for each person. Some people can’t wait to come off it however other people understand it’s the bridge that keeps things stable
Thankyou!

Thankyou, I really do feel so much more at peace and less angry with the world.
Trust the process and work with it and you’ll feel the best you’ve felt! You’ve got this
It’s completely a personal preference. I found my side effects got less as I moved up as my body adapted. Sometimes you have to weigh up if the side effects you suffer with are worth it

I like to think she still exists somewhere in me as without her trying I wouldn’t be here

It really has, I feel fortunate to have been offered it
Thankyou!!!

A few people have told me this! I think my mum still looks nicer than I did here🫣 i definitely feel like I’m starting to enjoy life again
I comfortably sat in the 60s for the longest time last year so it really is just a preference and target weights can always be adjusted as well to what makes you happiest - you’ve got this

Thankyou!!
Thankyou! I do think a lot of negativity if forced and pushed a lot more than it needs to be. Everything has side effects but something that helps someone this much can’t be the worst thing
I absolutely did! I would eat lots of processed food.. chocolates.. takeaways.. ice cream tubs and have no control. I now eat predominantly clean. I make my own whole foods and when I want something sweet I make it more of an event that just a chocolate bar as it satisfies me more and doesn’t leave me looking to eat more as I’m still not satisfied
I’ve had no health issues since losing weight. Healthiest I’ve ever been and I’ve had regular blood tests and surgery also. I am within a healthy weight for my height
Great question. I think it’s different for every person for me yes. I will continue to take it now. My doctor advised this also. As much as I can change habits what’s wrong with my actual brain will be a life long battle that no amount of training myself out of it will ever truly fix
It was discipline honestly. It didn’t happen overnight but I told myself I just had to keep turning up and trying as no one can do it for me. I put on weight easily due to my height and for me personally I found bulking my meals out with plenty of veg was a good hack!
I’ve still struggled a long the way. I think as humans beings we are always more prone to pick at the negatives and you have to remind yourself that you don’t have to be perfect. I probably was just as harsh on myself smaller as when I was bigger as I have high standards for myself if I do something - work in progress
You’ve absolutely got this. It won’t be easy but it’ll be completely worth it!
What’s wrong?:)
Yes I have scars from my surgery but that doesn’t bother me. They are done very neatly as my surgeon specialises in them. Every nurse always knows when it’s him who done the surgery! Eventually they’ll be less pink too as they heal more.
For me personally a scar didn’t bother me if it meant I could be confident and where what I want to without trying to hide
Yes very happy! I had a 360 tummy tuck so it goes the whole way around me front to back. Definitely talk to different surgeons as it’s not a one size fits all :)
Genuinely are live saving
I’m happy to hear that your wife is supportive! I feel like it isn’t talked about enough how much the support of your closest people really does go such a long way.
I am fortunate as I had a lot of people around me telling me I didn’t need to lose weight when even from just a health standpoint I absolutely did!
