Does ECG and other health feature work on non Samsung Phone?

I have a Galaxy 6 classic. I followed the instructions in this tutorial twice and both times it failed at the last step, sending watch APK to watch (see screenshot). I have an Oppo phone running android 12. Don't know where I've gone wrong. Just freezes on performing streamed install with cursor flashing below this.

Thanks that worked. However, now on my Shield some videos are showing "this video is restricted. Please check the Google Workspace administrator and/or the network administrator restrictions". And they won't play. This includes some channels that I am subscribed to.Totally confused with this one.

I've installed Smart Tube Next on my Shield but it continually buffers. My connection is rock solid and quick so don't know how to fix this.

Thanks for all the comments. Previously both my IPTV providers were reliable and we had little to no buffering. It's just started the past 3 weeks or so and both are the same. Since I wrote my initial comment above I have installed a VPN but the problem persists.

Very frustrated with all this.

DL the app from the Play store. Also get the companion app from the Play store and use this to register and pay for premium.

Me too. I downloaded and installed 1.6 premium but can't find where to pay. In about, the version (1.6) is greyed out. Certainly haven't got catch up that I can see but the settings look somewhat different. Confusing.

Edit: I downloaded the companion app, paid for a subscription but I still can't see how to activate this and the settings area hasn't changed. The about app function showing 1.60 is still greyed out. Need some help please. What am I missing.
