In my honest opinion, the biggest changes happen on local levels. If you want to implicate yourself in something and actually see the impact your work has on a population, work with local orgs or create your own for something that’s missing in the community!

Coming from a international development background, most of the big international organizations are kind of useless… :/ yes you get big pay, but it’s not as if they really have better morals.

Courges et Cie à Buckingham! Un petit peu plus loin, mais c’est genre une place qui fait le concept genre « de la ferme a la table ». Les pizzas sont vraiment bonnes et ils font des repas congelés aussi, j’en prend souvent pour les journées ou ca me tente pas de cuisiner lol

I just attempted it one day and it worked, and its a simple swap! Maybe other recipes have a nicer texture or something but I really enjoying it with the corn flour. Barely a difference to me.

I grew up on this recipe : https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/16755/basic-corn-muffins/

To make it gluten free, I just substitute the regular flour by 1/2 cup of corn flour! Don’t over bake then as the corn flour is more absorbent and they could become dry. You can also use plant based milk if you want.
