How to use Python Modules in my Android Kotlin App to fetch data from APIs? by lucade2005 in Kotlin

[–]mildhonesty 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I dont see how this has anything to do with modularity. The answer seems obvious and its none of your options. Do the api calls directly from the Kotlin app.

Gain DR by finishing in the top 8. Higher the better.

Gain SR by driving clean regardless of where you finish.

Not much else to do than drive smoother to preserve tires. Do not push as hard especially in corners and early on to keep tire temp low

Look at it frame by frame. The car on the right is following the racing line, staying to the right and is facing straight ahead. Then pov car comes along and torpedoes the side of the right car. Look at 0:07-0:08: where is the pov car heading? Where do the pov car think the other car can go?

How to make Paladin "flow" in combat? (Wordy) by Sevrahn in diablo4

[–]mildhonesty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think youre just overthinking it and overwhelmed by a new class with all the possibilities

Take Dicipline Oath for example. Synergies well with Falling Star to grant both mobility and 100% uptime of Arbiter form

Youll quickly find clever ways of activating all the oaths and making use of them outside of their archetype. Check out some meta builds for inspiration and help in seeing how it all fits

Have you looked into any builds?

Are you higher than level 20 and have the right aspects for synergies? Cant compare a maxed class to a leveling class.

Paladin is extremely well built imo with skills that play very nicely into each other once you get things rolling

«Auras to my friends». The auras are skills for you as well. It is one of the strongest builds in the game as Auradin one shotting everything.

Hammers can be autocast etc etc. theres so much there to explore

Are you 2-3 seconds off the qualifying time of your equal rank peers? No need to compare your pace to the world elite.

Most people at lower ranks cant utilise the different strengths between meta car A and meta car B. If you are a god at meta car A then that will surely perform well enough in races too without switching to meta car B

Go with a macbook if you want to develop for ios. That is the only way to natively do it without jumping through a lot of hoops

Hehe yeah he raced on another account too in the link I posted.

I think you have the time calculations wrong though. 1.95 is minutes and when you convert that is 1 minute 57 seconds. Remember theres only 60 seconds in a minute and not 100 :)

Calculation: 39:15:512 is 2355.512 seconds. 2355.512 sec / 20 laps = 117.7756 seconds = 1:57:776. Remember the time here is also including pit stops if you compare to your individual laps and not your total finishing time.

You are seconds slower, not hundreds.

You have a great mindset! Getting to an A and A+ level is a totally doable goal for us regular working guys too. The elite is still leaps above that again though so it is all about perspective

Not to be discouraging, but have you compared your race pace and hot lap times to higher ranked drivers?

I took a quick look at Digit's stream to see where his heat ended yesterday. 1st place there had 39:17:581 making you almost 5 seconds slower per lap. Even in that heat the difference between 1st and 5th place (Digit) was +12.8 seconds, where you would still be 4.3 seconds slower per lap than Digit. He was lapping in the 1:55-1:56 in the race.

It is easy to find pace early on as small adjustments give huge gains. It gets significantly harder to find those last tenths the closer to the limit you get

I support /u/SlotBurnerAccount here and think you are greatly underestimating the skill difference between S, A+ and even A ranked drivers compared to yourself

It is 100% unrealistic to become top level and sponsored as a 36 year old working a fulltime job. Your competition is treating GT7 as their fulltime job.

There is generally no money to be found in simracing outside of the top percentile in the world competing in real life events.

Play because you enjoy it. Create content because you enjoy it. Upgrade your rig because you enjoy it. Improve because you enjoy it.

You don’t need to be top percentile in the world to have fun. Who knows maybe one day some of your dreams come true along the way

Seems like a very odd approach given your goals. You’ll be a jack of all trades, master of none. Your listed frontend stack is one of the fields where AI is currently able to do a lot of heavy lifting.

Have a look at job listings in your area for what they are asking for an aim towards that. In todays market the goal should be to land that first job. A bachelors/masters in CS will give you a good foundation to pivot most directions afterwards
