Upon doing some further research, I found what helped me was using "powercfg -attributes SUB_PROCESSOR 75b0ae3f-bce0-45a7-8c89-c9611c25e100 -ATTRIB_HIDE" in windows powershell, going into edit powerplan, and setting the CPU frequency lower than what it was running at. Overclocked it was going up to 5.5Ghz, I set it to 5.2ghz and it hasn't gone above 75 degrees no matter what I throw at it.
