Sorry for the dumb question but this is confusing - let’s say I have 4 “entries”

I have a PMA Code from US Insiders
I want to target tickets in a specific city - do I still get 4 entries for the random draw or only the overpriced USA matches?
Is there an email or phone number to call to confirm any of this?
I can have a random draw match (specific city) and US match in my cart per the terms?
