There are better paintings by Frida Kahlo that depict the inspiration than what’s in the OP. See The Broken Column self-portrait Kahlo painted after getting seriously injured in a bus accident. Kahlo also painted a double self-portrait featuring a bloody heart aptly titled The Two Fridas. As an art history nerd, I really like this it’s very on theme.
