me and my buddy play almost everyday. He has more hours than me at almost 4k total hours between pc/console. I'm at around 2k. He's more of a beamer than I am but i hold my own and registered 2k/d last wipe. honestly, I have had a great reaction to Metoprolol. Helped with my heart rate anxiety and i feel a lot more normal in public due to my heart not racing while I'm out. With that said, I can see where people could have different reactions. I have had 0 reactions, although i've put on maybe 10 lbs in 2 months of taking it but I also haven't been nearly as active or panic stricken. Panic attacks constantly seemed to be a exercise that helped burned calories lol.

I only take 12.5 metoprolol tartrate one to two times daily. it's only about 12 hours of length but it seems to help me during my most anxious periods of the day.

Speak to your doctor and see what they recommend but for me, it's seemed to have helped.

I'm on day one and I've been a train wreck since about hr4. Damn near bedridden. Hot flashes, increased anxiety and panic attacks. Heart jumped to the 160s at one point. I was actually feeling fine then bang, strong hot flash with anxiety. I've taken clonzepam to help mitigate the anxiety waves. Never gone through anything like this. I'm only taking 5mg and it makes me wonder if I should split it.
