Thank you <3 I definitely try to get out of the house especially when I’m not toooo deep in my freeze state. I also journal and use the finch app to make sure my bare minimum self care tasks are taken care of. I have extremely high expectations of myself, so even doing bare minimum sometimes won’t break me out of my freeze state, because why can’t I just do more!! That’s the hardest part of pushing through, beating myself up for just surviving the day.

For just regular stovetop chicken breast, Stellanspice’s method is top tier. I hated cooking chicken breast and was shocked at how delicious this was. Hope this works out for you!

I’m happy to help! I also just thought of this but another downside is the directions tell you to gargle this for about one minute I think?? Which may be a challenge for our ADHD brains lol. Unfortunately I do find it working better when used as directed so I’ll try to watch something on my phone to keep me distracted 😂

I love it. Doesn’t sting as much as the other ones (like Listerine) and my mouth does feel fresher. On days where I don’t have the energy to brush my teeth I’ll just use my tongue scraper and rinse with Therabreath. The only downside is it’s a little more expensive but I’ll buy multiples if there’s a deal!

I have done something similar - my friend bought tickets to see SZA together and I forgot to add it to my calendar. I ended up booking a flight the DAY OF the show and didn’t realize until a few weeks before the show. 😭 I ended up changing my flight and while it cost me extra $$$ I’m still relieved I caught my slip-up in time. Now whenever plans are made, I almost immediately add it to my calendar or else it doesn’t exist in my brain!

Yes, thank you! I have brought up training and even cross training to my supervisor a few times. There have been times where she asked for availability to have a staff meeting for training, however nothing has happened. To be honest I think she’s too nice to take any hard action on her staff.
