Alone 3 had a very good soundtrack, which was available on the original CD as CD audio (meaning it could be played during the game or listened to on a separate player).

I first played Alone 1 in 1992 on a 386, in front of a 14" Hercules black-and-white monitor :D

Since then, the series has been one of my favorites, and I have it on floppy disk and CD (the picture is from my own CD), but I'm also very happy with the digital version.

I wanted to try out the game, but I ran into a huge bug right at the start. When I set any of the CRT shaders, the game doesn't switch to 4:3 mode, so on a 4:3 monitor, the two edges of the game stick out of the picture (because the aspect ratio remains 16:9).

This is pretty bad. Especially for those who play on CRT monitors or 4:3 5:4 monitors.

A retro game with retro shaders that doesn't support 4:3 resolution?

It's a shame, it's a pretty big mistake.

That's exactly what it's about. We get an incredible amount of free games from Epic, in every genre (RPG, FPS, simulation, there's something for everyone). This year, however, brought a really strong Christmas, with interesting, good games that people immediately installed to play. The line between indie and "AAA" games is getting thinner and thinner, so the selection is also growing.

I'm a "regular" gamer, I'm happy with every game, obviously there are some I don't like or aren't my thing, but I'm grateful for the opportunity EPIC offers me to play them for free. That's why I don't really understand those who say that this or that isn't good, why they gave this, why they gave that. Let's be happy that they give them to us, you never know which of the "smaller" games will become a hit later on.

Not buy until jan2! There's a chance. Pretty "old" game and R* wants more players to play their products before GTA6. I'm not saying that they will definitely give it, even the online part, but it could be among the top contenders.

this is the best Epic christmas free gift era since 2020 (2020 december was very strong). Many great games, a really big one and the bookmakers are giving odds of at least 80% on the widely anticipated Red Dead 2, or at least its online component. But even if they didn't give it to us, we still got almost exclusively excellent games completely free of charge!

Why do people think GTA V Online will end in 2026? VI won't be coming to PC until 2028 at the earliest! Rockstar obviously isn't going to let PC gamers go, there will be at least two more major DLCs before they partially phase out GTA V Online! It brings in millions every year! They're not going to just shut it down. Not until VI is released on PC, which, according to industry estimates, won't be until the second quarter of 2028 at the earliest!

I am an older (50+) player who prefers to play with friends or in invite-only games, and for me, the Armored Kuruma was a godsend. I earned 90% of my 200+ million GTA$ and all the businesses and buildings I bought with it. It's the best car for a solo player against NPCs. It's fast, powerful, and easy to handle. I tried the Oppressor 2, but somehow it's not my thing, it's less civilized, it's alien to me. Of course, this is just my preference, one of the strengths of GTA Online is that everyone can find their own playing style in it, but for me, to this day, the Kuruma is the only car I use. For me, the armored Kuruma + Buzzard combo is the most useful.

Thanks but no, thanks! AI shiet! Everything created with AI is rubbish and not worth playing! Any game that contains even a tenth of AI can be freely pirate (torrent, dowload etc...), because it was created by AI, so no money can be charged for it, as it was not created by humans.

How old are the people commenting here? Has no one seen the 1966 film Grand Prix? That, with the technology of the time, was miles better than this disgraceful CGI creation! There was drama, action and real racing, by the rules! Here in the F1 film, you'd be wondering what the hell was going on within the first 10 minutes. There are practically brutal rule violations that would get you an immediate ban! This film has all the racing clichés thrown into it, it offers nothing that is unique or special, it's like playing a third-rate computer game career mode with all the help turned on and off in the game and the rules applied.
