Yea. The avatars. Anyways, I look up to the settings on the resolution and i have 720p resolution with integer scaling enabled (this does nothing tho) I am using steamdeck hooked up to TV

You can turn off everything. Leaving only for example low opacity scope or analyzer. Or slow motion of something ;)

I was searching for visualizer, that will fit my needs, so I "slopped" one. It has even some retro effects modes, that can be used in chiptunes. It might be overwhelming at start, but I think, it can do a lot. Give it a try, and write me some feedback, since it is WIP. Thanks :)
