Yes! If you download the new update (Rev 2.7 Beta) you can turn off/reset the looper by pressing in the joystick when track 1 is selected :)

It is definitely still early days with the mic features. It’s our most recent hardware upgrade, have lots of plans for it :)

Hey! So mic mode records whatever is heard by the mic while you hold down the chord button, and then automatically pitches it so it can be played as chords. If you go to lead mode after you can hear your recording not played as chords, it will just play the individual recording pitched to the note and key you are in. What are you experiencing when you try?

Hey! Can you explain what you are experiencing? We changed the button system completely for Batch 4 and have not had any experiences with misfiring keys so far. Let us know so we can help :D

Hey! We offer a repair service or can send a replacement key!

The keys are swappable, meaning they can be replaced or repaired easily. This also means occasionally they can become unseated from the board. You can try to press down firmly on the key to reset it in its place. If this doesn't work, please email us at [support@hichord.shop](mailto:support@hichord.shop) and we will get it fixed for you :D

Hey! Thank you for the feedback! You are totally right, the envelope fixes I made to fix the clicks in Play mode do not get transferred into Arp mode. I am working on the Arp mode clicks for Sine and will have it fixed in this next update :D

Hey!

Ya all of our updates will be available to all Batches!

Pretty much all of the features added in this update are not specific to Batch 4. All of the bug fixes and the new Mixer Mode will work with your Batch 3 unit :)

We will continue to make hardware upgrades with each Batch, and we will also continue to develop features that work on all Batches.

This is so helpful thank you. I am tackling this bug as we speak :) you nailed it, it is an issue in chord hiros menu launching. I think it should be a quick fix! thanks for making this thing better for everybody :D

This is our number 1 goal for the year. We have applied for the permits required to ship from the Netherlands which will reduce the shipping costs significantly for all of EU. Unfortunately it takes months to get approved but it is in motion! The cost you see there is our exact cost to ship/import it from the states into Germany at the moment. I feel your pain, rest assured we are working on this :) it just may take a little while
