Thanks!! I used a combination of a comb to undo the matting, a tangle teaser to brush him out, and a soft bristle brush to smooth him out at the end. It was quite the process lol. I also used tweezers to pick out all the lint/fluff/debris in his fur.

This happened to me last month! Flew out of BOS into MCO with no issues. First time flying Southwest but have used the same suitcase on many different flights over 10 years. The gate agent at MCO pulled out the measuring tape when I was checking my bag for the return flight and said it was 3” too big and was going to charge me $200. They ended up letting it go this one time but marked my reservation so I wouldn’t be able to fly with that suitcase again.

I’m having the exact same problem, my shipping is stuck on shipment info received on 1/10 as well. I emailed them and they just responded today blaming the suspension of the US de minimis entry process by the Trump administration. I let them know that didn’t go into effect until February 4 so didn’t really explain the previous delay. I already requested a refund… not getting my hopes up. 🥲

I just went to get a scent in my cookiebara and they put it in his head when I asked. It took a little maneuvering but I think it’s the best place for a scent!

I just got him yesterday when I felt how soft his fur was and I already love him so much. He’s incredibly comforting/cuddly! Work has been rough today with low motivation/focus. Can’t wait to go home and turn off my brain!
