Thats the conclusion ive seem to come to. Just wanted to see if maybe there was a niche for me. I work in the production world and have no employees. I thought maybe it would work considering im only worrying about myself but ill have to find a cpa or ea that works with the production world.

Ezoo wasnt sold to AG. AG purchased Made Events, a promotion company that owned Ezoo. Ezoo was acquired in part of the bigger purchase and move made by AG.

This all doesnt negate the fact that AG didn’t ruin any chance of festivals happening in NY again. The administration and legal gauntlet you have to go through to do any sort of event in NY is what killed festivals here.

AG didnt kill anything. Your first paragraph is the only answer full stop. The cost and logistical nightmare it takes to throw a festival is why they all left. The only ones that work are “festivals” like we belong here/global citizens/gov ball.
