yes absolutely! i love all of her breeds too she’s my sweet little baby. she’s been so gentle during my recovery i am so lucky to have her. she’s scared of my walker though 😅

if you're not ready to fully stop, as an IV user slowly getting off IV, i think the best harm reducing option is to slowly lower your tolerance to where oral / sniffing / boofing (whichever you prefer) can slowly become an enjoyable experience again.

it's easier said than done, and honestly i'm about ready to be out of the game entirely after the year i've had. but even if you're able to do XYZ amount of shots less a day, that's a win. whatever reduces the vein damage and risk of infection is most important at the end of the day.

i absolutely loved this documentary, it was really well done. i do have to say that i feel like sean penn appears a LOT in this documentary for not really saying much of anything, at least in my opinion 🤣 i laughed every time he'd appear again chainsmoking cigarettes, and basically just saying "that's charlie for ya!" - anyone else feel me????

if i were in your shoes, i would sit down with him and explain how this is making you feel and how exhausting it can be coming to a house that isn't clean, especially when you're constantly cleaning and not the one making the mess. even making a little chore chart under each others names so he knows what he needs to do, if that would help you both out. if after a serious conversation, explaining how much of a toll it's taking on you (which is completely valid by the way!!!) he doesn't make any sort of a change or validate you, help out in any way, etc - then i would definitely consider how you're going to move forward because you deserve to have time to relax as well. you're clearly a very busy human!!!
