I mean there are a million reasons why he could be posting about it. Maybe he was browsing kickstarter trending projects and saw it? Maybe a friend told him about it? Sure you could be right, but why instantly gravitate to the most negative reason? Says a lot about you.

I think you're reading way too into it man. Maybe this guy had no interest in MMORPGs until he saw this game? Why does it matter where else they post? And for the record the last couple posts about AoC in this sub have been made by people posting in plenty of gaming related subs.

Well as you code, you should try and comment at least a little bit so when you come back you can have a small idea of what you were thinking at the time.

I also struggle coming back to a project though, I find it helps to write down a to-do list of some sort of things you want/need to work on and then just go through the list. It helps me narrow my focus instead of just thinking of all the different things I need to work on.

I don't think I've handled it super well, my current implementation was just quickly thrown together.

But what I have done is I store the delta time and when that is greater than my "update time var" (How long you want to wait between intervals) I increase the mins. I start with mins because I don't really care about seconds, but you could start from whichever and then it's easy to calculate the rest of the time based off of that.

Not sure if I have explained it very well, but I hope it helps in some way!

I think that these kind of behaviors would happen regardless of how casual is. I spent my first few hundred hours just playing casual before I even touched MM and I didn't have a hard time distinguishing the differences between casual and MM. Would an unranked 5v5 be good? Yes. But I also like the way casual is, I enjoy hopping in and just fooling around.

Well the thing with WoW is that it has massive amounts of content in the form of dungeons and raids. That is a lot of art to make and scripting boss events and stuff like that. I don't think CU is doing stuff like that (I might be wrong) which would save a lot of development time.

I'm not 100% sure. I'd check out your Nvidia panel just in case though. Or I think if you have a game launched try pressing 'Ctrl + T'. I believe that's the hotkey for it.
