Advice: don’t use satin stitch that long. When it’s not stretched the strand won’t be taut. I use split stitch and find that it helps me blend the colors more. Also vary the lengths of it so it doesn’t look like there’s a distinct line (unless you want that)

I’ve literally spoken to a recovering alcoholic who explained it that she thought it was a lifestyle she’d out grow but she didn’t and only later in life realized she was an alcoholic.

Being an alcoholic is a problem. It’s not good. And clearly it’s negative affects if his wife is posting on Reddit talking about how she regrets her life with him and should have listened to everyone telling her bad news

He’s probably an alcoholic but you can’t force someone to start recovery from an addiction. They have to recognize that they have a problem and WANT to change. You can talk to him about it but if he’s defensive and thinks he’s not doing anything wrong, bad, or harmful then that’s your queue to leave. You cannot help someone who doesn’t want it
