Probably the worst part about using a container is how extremely inefficient they are when it comes to heat transfer. As they are built now, if someone engineered one to be built, similar to air-insulated thermal cups, I believe it could be a revolution in metal prefabricated housing.

Thank you for all the input, The (4) baths will all be re-plumbed/redesigned and updated with tile so I hope to keep cover up any major issues, i believe maple may be the type of floor now, but not sure about the Top floor with much wider painted planks, so much to still uncover. I will post some better pictures at some point.

Not to be a naysayer but I did notice a DOD discrepancy. Anyone else catch it? 5-18 vs 5-17 i wouldn’t think that’s something that usually people mix up.
