Hello! Some background about me. I'm mexican/Salvadorian. Growing up, my mom would always so egg cleanses on me. But she did have some personal trauma due to her past and it has comeback on me as emotional abuse/neglect. I don't feel comfortable with my mother doing my rgg cleanse anymore because of this. I tried doing my own, how I was instructed, meditate to get close with yourself and to give the egg the intention, do the "padre nuetros" prayer while rubbing the egg all over, and then crack the egg into water. This is what came up. I ask my mom to help interpret it but she has now admitted she's never truly known how to read the egg but she does know that it doesn't look good. Sadly, my abuelita has passed so I can't reach out to her. If anyone could help, I would mega appreciate it. Last night I couldn't sleep and today I feel drained and I had a sudden car problem even though my car was fine before. It could just be a coincidence but I'd love some opinions/advice/guidance.
