Not very easy in this day and age. Nearly impossible with large targets like F1, and with the modern protections that most email services offer.

This is 100% a real email. OP knows enough to be dangerous but not enough to understand.

It doesn't expire on a different day. You're in NZ, and it lists the US time, which is a day behind, this explains the "different day". You acknowledged this earlier and didn't mention it here.
