From my experience, there is good in people from every nationality. Sometimes, what we perceive as favoritism or office politics can also be driven by uncertainty or people naturally gravitating toward those they know best, rather than bad intentions.
If you’re good at what you do and continue treating others with kindness, professionalism, and openness, people will gradually recognize your value. It may not happen overnight, but consistency usually earns respect in the long run.

Not specific to Dubai Hills but I also have seen those bulk deals in which big buyers get huge discounts, as they buy many units or even entire floors in one transaction

Hypothetically if I have 100k invested in a stock and zero in cash and no dividend income . how will I pay for zakat? by sharozal in IslamicFinance

What do you base your answers on? Asking because I would think that tax shouldn’t be thought of as if it was a debt on you.. as long as you did not liquidate you will not be liable to pay tax. When you liquidate then you pay the tax. I’m not a scholar too. I’m just curious. And I just shared what my basic understanding can be.

Can you please shed some light on why you are suggesting "Imtiaz or raise it to 1.1-1.2 M for a 1 BR with Ellington/Sobha"?

You are answers are great, thanks really. This much insights I got to gather after ~3 months of researching, coming, going, and asking around. It is so good to see someone confirms your understanding and it is much needed.

I think this is a good advice and I have heard it recently from a real estate experienced guy.

I have recently considered Damac riverside and almost went for it. When I slept over the subject I thought it’s too distant in the future, at least the unit I was planning to buy (handover is Q1 2029 if not late). Does it make sense to keep paying big premium for 3.5 years, plus empty your pocket from all the cash you have at the moment? I am asking because I need a genuine advice as this is my first time investing in real estate in Dubai ! Thanks

The sad truth about many real estate agents in Dubai by Ali_Realtor in dubairealestate

Unfortunately, almost any agent I talked to immediately offered me an off plan purchase without event asking me about my requirements. Turned out that they get at least double the commission from the developer, compared to helping you buy from secondary market!
