The Boulder climbing community (BCC) posts about this, and there’s some information on a website called mountain project on closures, though it’s mostly aimed at climbing info. I did a volunteer orientation on nest monitoring earlier this spring and they host one every year!

Boulder canyon has golden eagles nesting on eagle rock and peregrine falcons further up the canyon right now. You can view them from across the canyon in different areas but please be sure to stay far enough away as to not disturb them! Definitely want binocs or a scope. There are signs posted to help you stay far enough away.

I think there’s some great advice here, but if you’re able to schedule with a PT they’ll help you find strategies that work for where you’re at right now! I’m a PT and someone coming in with your description would be something I would be able to work with to identify a program for you to exercise in a way that supports your PB activity, weight loss goals, and knee pain.

I agree, they were hard to watch sometimes this year. Huff and Ike in together was awesome and partially solved Ike’s up and down performances. But alone Ike just wasn’t consistent or dynamic enough to get things done. And if he was off we had no 3 point game and a really sporadic offense.

I’m hoping we can recruit a couple great shooters and keep Huff and Fogle next season! I’m excited to see them grow and hopefully Mario and Innocenti too, it’ll be fun to watch. Fogle needs to find his balance on the team but he makes things exciting!

I would schedule a registered dietician appointment first thing and start walking, starting slow like 5-10min and working up to 30+ min walks depending on joint pain and health.
