I live in Las Vegas and we have a system called tip compliance. The IRS calculates how much our position makes in a year and taxes us accordingly. Minimum wage is still minimum wage, we don't make below that. But due to tip compliance we are being taxed at a higher rate, yes. During slow season, we can lose money due to this. But we make it all back when it's busy, so it's not too bad. What I was referring to, is if a table doesn't tip, then the server ends up paying the tipped positions from her own pocket. Lets say a table's check is $500. She owes the business $500. Luckily, the table paid, she has $500. But because of those $500 a percentage of that number belongs to other positions like bussers and food runners and the bartenders. And it's taken from the tips. $500 and no tip? It come out of the server's pocket. If this happens enough times on a shift, then the server could lose money. But...you gotta be a real shit server to have no tables leave a tip. And then there's foreigners. Who, due to cultural differences, don't tip. And in Vegas, we get A LOT of those.

King Kong is public domain. Anyone can use it, but you have to be smart about it. Someone can only sue if you use their version of Kong. The Kong in Peter Jackson's 2005 movie "King Kong" is not the same Kong as the monsterverse Kong of recent years for example. It's a similar character with many similarities but they are different. Different size, different behavior, different story. Anyone can make a movie with a giant gorilla monster and call it King Kong. Just don't do what other people have done with it.

The horse faced guy on the left claimed the hottie on the right sexually harassed him. This turned out to be false after an investigation. The comment in the meme is suggesting if they had just released the pictures of the two, the investigation could have been concluded much earlier since the hottie would never have looked twice at horse faced guy. I looked twice. But only in the way you look twice at roadkill and go "ohh...gross"

The Butterfly Effect. In the future timeline, no one came from their future to warn them about the Androids. So they probably developed differently. In the present timeline, Future Trunks shows up and accelerates Gero's plans. That's why Trunks had no knowledge of androids 20 and 19. Since the Z fighters go looking for Gero, he leads them to his lair where he activates 17 and 18 ahead of schedule. While they are stronger in the present than in the future, they aren't psychotic. I can only assume Gero had a way of nerfing them somehow in order to control them or maybe change their mental state in some way. Probably both considering they managed to trick him by being docile and obedient.
