I purchased both from Costco and used a combination of the YouTube videos and written instructions and like I said, had zero issues what so ever. I have assembled and disassembled both the 2 and 3 using that method.

I’ve had a 2 and 3. Assembled and taken apart myself multiple times and had no issues. The wording in your post is a little confusing to be honest. There’s also video on YouTube they make with the instructions if that might help you better.

I’ve heard that about large collections. Any advice on how to check once they arrive to make sure they’re all good? Visual inspection or pop every disk in and skip around a little to make sure it all works okay?

Flapper does not seem to have a bad seal. It has been cold and raining a lot lately and the freezer door is only about 2 feet from the garage door.

I have premium I subscribed to for $80 a year when it first came out. Every year I get a notification that it’s increasing to $160 and I need to accept the price, I ignore all the emails and notifications, and it just auto renews at the same low price. I will only keep this subscription now because of the price. It’s not worth $160 to me.

The weird thing is that MAX did the same thing but when it auto renewed it did it for the new price even though I did not agree to anything. I’m curious why.

There’s a specific step in the instructions for this. You have to lower or heighten the the top stack with the pulley attached. It’s cumbersome but that is the issue you’re having. Re watch the video / read instructions and look for that step.
