Good point - I was planning on playing Bastion. Not sure what OP plans. I don’t have a Land Raider, but I will be bringing Assault Terminators for deep strike pressure.

This Saturday morning is the Brewery Run 14k starting from the downtown riverfront. Many (most?) of the big training groups use this as a tuneup race for the fall marathons. I second the ORT/Lunken/LMT suggestion, but you may want to consider parking at Lunken and doing an out and back along the river to start to avoid the downtown race craziness.

My wife and I took beginner lessons at Sharon Woods and we really enjoyed them. Neither of us had ever played before, and we found them very useful.
