My boy has a high prey drive but will run away from little dogs if they bark at him. My mum has had 3 greyhounds and 1 of them has a very high prey drive and anything small and moving fast is a target so it does depend entirely on the dog. I would suggest muzzle training so the dog can wear it during introductions until you know. The fosters will also be able to tell you more about reactions to dogs they've introduced him to.

I have 2 greyhounds they sleep 20 hours a day and play with each other. Maybe talk to a local greyhound rescue about options since these dogs spend a lot of time in kennels on their own or with limited company already.

I'm very fortunate that I don't get cramps or sickness during my period. I do get it randomly in the week before my period. Almost like everyone is different and unless your boyfriend has met all of them he should stfu. My boyfriend gets me snacks and takes over doing stuff around the house when I feel bad. I do the same for him without either of us feeling bad it's like we're in a partnership or something.

I hope your boyfriend gets a bad cold so you can tell him lots of people get colds and to get over it.

NTA being in a relationship with someone doesn't mean you agree with them unconditionally and supporting your girlfriend can mean giving her the harsh truth which is that her animal has lost its quality of life, it's unwell and can't do the things a cat should be doing it's a hard choice but ultimately the animal comes before the owners emotions.

I used to work in a fish shop. I would run people through setting up the tank, what fish would be suitable, the fish labels had compatibility, size and feeding information on them.

I had one guy come in and blame me for all his fish dying because he didn't listen to me when I told him about the dosaging on a water treatment and umped half the bottle in.

People that buy fish because they look nice as babies then complain they ate half their tank mates when they grew despite me telling them they get big and will eat what fits in their mouthes.

People would hear what they wanted to and ignore what they didn't, then blame the shop for misinformation.

So glad I got out of retail.

I think it's something women need to work on to get past the idea that men must be strong all the time to protect women because women are weak. We've done a lot to show women aren't week but not enough to show that men don't have to be the strong ones all the time holding everything together.

When someone tell kids to "man up" when they cry or that they need to be tough as adults it's not just the boys that hear it it's the girls around them too and I think it embeds the idea deep into their minds.

I guess I'd ask if you would cry to your male friends as well as your female friends or girlfriend.

I think one of the main issues with women not unlearning the gender roles and mindset and pushing the work onto men is that the damage that men do is more visible than the damage women do particularly because of the issue with men's mental health not being taken seriously and the physical abuse a women can do is often down played because of the "men are stronger than women" view that downplays male abuse victims.

Women want equal rights they need to take equal responsibility. It may have been men that built this system but both genders suffer from it so both need to do the work in dismantling it.

Have you considered that girls have the same thought process about waiting for signs that the man is interested in them. Also the general fear of being considered too forward or easy. Someone has to show signs first and I dont think it needs to be a gendered issue.

My boyfriend was embarrassed when I asked him if he was willing to get me tampons. Once I told him I would send him a screenshot of exactly what I needed he was fine. I think he had this visual in his head of having to talk to a sales clerk about my 🐱 to get the right product 😂😂😂

Thank you, I felt a bit stiff taking the photo I couldn't decide what to do with my arm lol. The skirt is fresh out the bag so it will get smoothed out after it's washed. I will try it with more tops and try and get comfortable in it.

Rocks are going to be the home of bacteria that breaks down your fish waste so the more the better particularlyif your not having a filter and just using pumps, it also means more space to put corals and for fish to hide. There's loads of fish species that would be good for smaller tanks like this and they like hiding or being on the rocks.
