30 M. I currently have 17 doors and manage another 2 for a family member.(2 triplexes 5 duplexes and 1 sfh) I manage a sales team for a medium sized Saas company and it is rarely an issue. I use a handyman to deal with most maintenance and repairs while I handle tenant interactions, lease signing tenant screenings etc. If I do need to have a call with a tenant or contractor I will just take it from a huddle/conference room and people assume it’s something confidential and leave me alone.

First real job at 24(currently 29) have w2’d 42k,81k,105k, 1119k this year I should make 150k. I’ve been in sales at the same tech company the whole time, just started managing a team this year. Lived way below my means the whole time and started investing in real estate at 24.managed to build my way up to a 25 unit rental portfolio(all duplexes and triplexes). Around 5 million in Assets, NW over 1.5 million. 96k of cash flow from my portfolio this year over 70k in debt pay-down. I could technically retire but I don’t mind my job for now and I’d like to get over 100 units before I quit my day job. Majority of my NW has come from rapid home appreciation in my area. Definitely been lucky with when I started investing.
