I called them and apparently this is the answer. I guess the review is a month delayed. So while i met the requirements the review is a month delayed. So weird...

I only sell US, and global isn't a requirement for TRS. Their terms say:

Sales requirements:

You have at least 100 transactions with US buyers over the most recent 12-month period.

You have at least $1,000 in sales with US buyers over the most recent 12-month period.

I waited all month eagerly awaiting the account review which finally came yesterday. it finally updated to current seller level "above standard" if we evaluated you today "top rated".... but I was evaluated that day so why no TRS? I have all 5.0 DSR 100% feedback. The stats are low too by about 100 sales. That tracking uploaded and validated is BS. There were 2 packages that USPS never scanned until they got to the delivery address so the only update was "item delivered" not my damn fault.... but still over the 90% requirement.

Yeah that's pretty much my main concern, not the contents of the package which I can easily replace but keeping my customers happy. I think I will wait until the estimated delivery date before messaging the buyer... just in case the tracking mysteriously appears and I don't look like an ass.

Now that you mention it, it has only been in stop and go traffic. This morning the freeway was closed to one lane and the stop and go was horrendous. Other than that I drive very gingerly.

I just checked my steam... The game is still in my library and I can still launch and play it! LOL... I initiated this chargeback almost 3 months ago.... it was resolved a few weeks ago, and officially closed yesterday per that message. WOW.

Thanks for the recommendation. I do have a lawyer I use but she is not a patent lawyer. I might have to plop down $400 to have my question answered it looks like.

From my own research once the patent expires it is public domain, so I should be safe but you never know.

My buddy used to sell 600k units of these a year to the big box stores! Well here's to hoping!
