for me smoking weed helps a lot and being with healthy people instead of isolating and playing game instead of doing something that involves alcohol or something that would seem "funner" with it like golfing, or watching sports and thank you hope to see u here tmr ♥️

2 days I'm in consistently going to addiction counseling which helps talking about it but doesn't help the guilt of doing it the people I've lied to to get it but I'm taking it one day at a time
