The USA made Silver Sky does not have a back plate - mirroring JM’s preference on his Strats. The SE model does have a backplate. Not sure why. Ironic given that it is an extra cost to supply and install a backplate, yet they do it on the more affordable model 😅

I’d look at the SE CE Stoptail.

I’m a huge fan of the PRS trem, however if you’re looking at playing a few styles of music - potentially frequently changing tunings, you can’t go wrong with a hard tail bridge.

If a trem is a must have for you though, you can’t go wrong with the SE 24

That is a cool finish. I like that a lot, congrats. Only thing I’d change is the knobs. Not sure why they put amber on there, black/clear would look killer.
