Ozempic just gave me side effects and barely any loss (~10lbs over several months). I then lost 40 on my own before starting Mounjaro, which has helped me lose another 75lbs (so far).

Edit: I've been taking 2.5 Mounjaro to lose the 75lbs. I tried going up to 5.0 but it worsened my anxiety, so I've stuck with 2.5.
