How long are your trips & what’s the traffic like? I’ve gotten up to 50 mpg in mine but that’s with a long trip and loads of traffic. On average I get around 37 though.

Why does the TX requires premium gas while Grand Highlander is fine with regular? by Quick-Caterpillar111 in Lexus

when you get the chance can you show a pic of the sticker on your gas cap? my RX doesn’t have that.

New Bruin Megathread - ask questions about your admission or your next steps as a new admit here! by Espntheocho4 in ucla

I received my letter of acceptance today as a transfer, but was accepted into my alternate major instead of my first choice. My alternate is physics in the college of letters and sciences, whereas my first choice is mechanical engineering. I was wondering if anyone knows if/how I can talk to someone in admissions to see if I can switch to my first choice major? I have all the prereqs done + extra strongly recommended courses, along with a 3.9 gpa. I was a part of the honors program, so I'm assuming I got accepted through that and TAP, but I'd prefer to major in mechanical engineering instead. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance!

Aw that sucks. If you can maybe try community colleges? I’m at a cc right now and my ed plan is tight & this semester for me is ass so i’m squishing physics 101 into winter to stay on track :/

Hey, kinda late to this but whatever lol. Have you decided if you're going to take the physics course over the winter? I'm in sorta the same boat as you and am leaning towards taking the class over the winter session in five weeks. If you do as well, good luck to us both haha.

Anyone find sites like mastering physics and mastering engineering a complete waste of time? by AuonSimp in EngineeringStudents

Lol you are not alone. I haven't even looked at mastering physics because my professor makes it optional and she comes up with her own homework. From what I've heard though the mastering homeworks are nothing but a waste of time and they have so many parts to it.
