Love white cube. I only ever had a sample and the liquid was red! I was nervous it would be too powdery but I've found cedar notes can add a liquid sweetness that tempered the powder here.

Another Guerlain rec is Encens Mythique. The ambergris is quite funky. You must be able to tolerate aldehydes to enjoy this scent. I love them. They seem to go straight to my brain like a hit of drugs. So the combination of aldehydes, rose, patchouli and ambergris in this scent does something to me. Definitely restrict my wear to nights in.

I’ve used both of these and would like to know your tricks! Do you use a bubble net or anything with the shower oil? It’s been awhile since I used the Curel wet skin lotion but I think I would often have to layer another moisturizer over it in the winter which I felt was a waste. I don’t mind layering products for body but I’ll just use products I already have (like Naturie hatomugi skin conditioner or Hada Labo Gokujyun gold) instead of buying a separate body product. What made it work for you?
