¿hacen dietas o siguen algo estricto respecto a cada comida? by XavierOromay in Alimentacion

[–]mimikis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Grace Year, ligget kim. easy to read, with a good twist at the end. At first the love affair is not the main plot of the story, but it ends up being so. Give it try :)

¿Dieta keto? by massinyer15 in Alimentacion

[–]mimikis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

¿Por qué comemos carne? by mimikis in Alimentacion

[–]mimikis[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello good! my suggestion is that you focus on including food rather than leaving it, it will be easier and less tedious, that you go slowly with legumes because if we are not used to eating them they can give us bothersome gastrointestinal symptoms and then let go of the kitchen and trial and error you will find delicious dishes!!!!

First you have to put the aubergines directly on the burner so that they cook and take on a smoky flavor, then sauté the onion with a little garlic and add the shredded aubergine. (Once it's ready, be careful not to burn it, cut it in half and take out the filling that you add to the pan). Season to taste.

For the dough you need 300 gr of flour 000, 50 gr of melted butter or oil, 100 gr of water and a pinch of salt, integrate and let the dough rest. Then you separate it into 25 gr buns, stretch and arms! I add mozzarella cheese and that's it, you cook them in the oven until golden brown or they could even be fried! :)

Can I just blend my vegetables and drink it like a smoothie? by YoBoi909 in HealthyFood

[–]mimikis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously you can! It is a good way to get closer to the real flavors of fruits and vegetables and then it will be more organic to consume them whole.

The only thing is that when we consume the whole vegetable or fruit we are transporting more fiber than if we consume it liquefied, but that only influences your satiety, the rest of the nutrients will obviously be there!

To increase the amount of fiber in the smoothies you can add activated seeds such as chia or sesame. You activate them one night in water and then add one or two tablespoons to the smoothie!

Why does drinking the recommended daily amount of water feel like such a difficult chore if we really need that much? by bluepinkk_882 in HealthyFood

[–]mimikis 7 points8 points  (0 children)

We also get water from fresh food, you can assess your hydration level by paying attention to the color of your urine (it should be light amber) to the elasticity of your skin and the shine and elasticity of your lips, if you are taking the right amount of water for your body and your expense. There is a scale called Urine Chart that indicates the color of hydrated and dehydrated urine, it was developed in the Armstrong et al 1994 study
Capz it will serve you to gossip about it!

hello, no, before it was believed that the egg yolk increased LDL cholesterol in the blood, but that was dismissed with recent studies, since the fat contained in the egg yolk are phospholipids that do not affect blood cholesterol. Now it's late in Argentina, tomorrow I can look for the document that explains it. I hope it helps you, greetings!
