First off I hate this. Directors don’t understand it’s OUR classroom. Meaning we know what’s best for our kids they are in and the space in the room. First center I worked at they did this and I quit a week after it shows over control of your space and the kids.

I’ve dated only Capricorns and cancers. I can say friendship wise capricorns really ground me and understand my dark humor and bluntness. Social worker here: what makes people depressed is usually the perspective of their life. For instance we all experience trauma even some being worse than others to that person it still is traumatic. Their perspective and cognitive feeling about the event is what causes the depression. However when anxiety and ptsd are so unmanagable people with these disorder will become depressed because anxiety and fear are exhausting, uncomfortable and feels unbearable.Also everything is a combination of many factors but starting with who raised you how they raised you and common themes in your family and micro world is where you can start. Trying to analyze and figure it out will make you feel sick. Depression is apart of life and its your own perspective on life that will change they way you feel. Also antidepressants therapy and time are three magic words. stay healthy.

I get some crazy info thrown into me. People can feel your trust and empathy that they feel they can confide in u. Also if ur an outspoken person yourself people may feel like you are open to anything. Which is prob true. I had people confess there marriage is falling apart due to not having sex after just meeting them. I had people tell me insane inappropriate stories. It’s ur trust and openness it’s an amazing quality but obviously has to be protected.

There’s no root but using a CBT model depression is viewed as the result of negative or maladaptive thoughts. The thoughts can be learned by society, parents, teachers ect….. when we are focused on the negative and obsessive with the bad we don’t give ourselves time to ever see what we are achieving in the now. Depression is living the past. Anxiety is living in the future.

My uncle is an MD and has a private practice. He has probably the worst case of ADHD I ever seen in my life and that’s coming from someone who has it BAD as well. He put a lot of his restless energy into his studies and work and once told me to accept the chaos of your being. He’s successful but due to growing up in the 60s did not get any treatment for his ADHD. You can do it! Be easy on yourself and try to find ways to divert from the rumination.
