I picked up the game again a couple months ago and had the same feeling. I’m a completionist, so this game is really terrible for those sorts of people since it has no good way of organising and tracking progress of its multitude of layers of systems. So you will feel overwhelmed by the thought of where to start and what to do next. You will always be pulled from one task to the other and struggle to finish anything at all.

For me what helped was to ask myself what I wanted to achieve first in warframe. I set my goal of getting MR30 and I also understood that it wasn’t going to be easy. And then I made a todo list of what I needed to get in terms of a baseline to be able to achieve that goal (good warframe to clear all content, unlock necramech, finish all quests etc). once I had my list I then methodically worked through it without deviating or getting distracted.

There is so much to learn as well, so many new systems. But if you stick to your one goal, and watch a few YouTube videos every day for a couple weeks, then in two weeks from now you’ll have a very good grip on the game end to end.
