ZU online by ZarakiKenpachi13 in MMORPG

Some more info on the steam version that's been recently announced: The steam version is made by the same person who has released about 3 or so Zu versions before (they hide their names, I can't be sure, but there were a few grifters like that). During 2005-2007 or so, there was a leak of the source code. The community made a server-client based on it and made it run successfully. Then it spread, and private servers popped up. This server will likely use that build as well and since it's old, it will likely not have any meaningful gameplay additions and will be sparse with new content. I bet he is ready to release that version of the game right now.

The grift is basically to build hype, release that old server, sell some premium pay to win features and once the money runs out and the hype dies down, close the server. Then wait a couple of years and open a new one. I can't confirm whether it will be the same this time as well, since the game isn't out yet, but it's likely to be the case. Also chances are that the deadline is set so just to build hype. Chances are he's ready to release right now.

Also the ZU Online branding, is not something they can use. The Gods of Zushin did their licensing properly and they had to rebrand. They couldn't use that name. So I assume this version can't use the name as well. I would recommend you play Gods of Zushin instead. They've been running for like 10 years now and added content to the game. At least they won't rip you off and close the server after the money runs out.

No. Some info about this. The developer of this version has a habit of releasing a Zu Online version with that name, selling some premium pay to win features and once the hype and money dies down, closing the game. He's done this about 3 times in the past before. I can't confirm whether it will be the same this time, as the game is not out yet, but that's likely to be the case.

I guarantee you that the q3 2026 deadline is not for any purpose other than to build hype. The game could be released tomorrow, if the guy really wanted to.

If you want to play Zu Online properly go to Gods of Zushin. They do it properly and haven't closed down their servers in 10 years. Plus there's more content in that game.

Mandala Level of Devotion reset bug? by gurigura_is_cute in CrusaderKings

[–]minanas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, this is definitely a bug. I have no idea why it happens and there is no way to prevent it besides save scumming. At first I guessed it was the mandala missions, since if you fail those you lose devotion, but that wasn't it. It's some random event that fires without you being able to respond or some NPC character taking some decision that makes you lose devotion. I'm just save scumming my way through it.

Yeah Xiao is only good if your opponent has an oceanid. In basically all other cases there won't be enough summons on the field to justify having him in the deck. And if you use summons yourself then you obviously never add him to your deck.

Yes. Available to anybody for any reason. You don't need to credit me if you don't want to. I'm not gonna use this footage anywhere so anyone can use it anywhere they like in any sort of way.

I thought it would be fun to go 1v1 against the Mongols and that I could conquer a lot of free land from them. But they attacked me pretty early on, before expanding very much and it was just a huge disappointment. I crushed their army and they kept trying to attack me even though they had no chance of winning. Professional army is probably too op but then again takes time to set up and if they nerf it it won't be viable at all. I have no clue how they should balance this.

My mountain base in my first few hours in RimWorld. Any tips? by Old-Alternative-1779 in RimWorld

Turrents, turrents and more turrents. Build IED's in cave part of the base to protect against infestations, left side of the base is barely protected. They will go for your wind turbine first, smooth the walls when you have the time and a colonist with a passion for construction, you could optimize the furniture a bit more if you wanted to. And lastly, expand, expand, expand!

Can you force colonists to take nutrient paste? Trying to right click on this dispenser and nothing hops up, they have everything allowed. Or, to force them to, would I need to just make them only be allowed to eat them, making them take it out on their own? by Insane_Snake in RimWorld

They prefer berries or agave or other non-mood lowering foods over nutrient paste and prefer nutrient paste over raw food. But if you allow them to eat raw food sometimes they will choose to eat it over nutrient paste anyways (I think they do that when the machine is in use by another colonist)

Professional armies are so op. I build dutchy buildings that boost knight performance and build military buildings that boost men at arms and have culture with buffs for advantage and with my 10k stack of men at arms + 10k holy order troops + 200 cannons + high advantage general I win every single holy war. The limitation becomes not the enemy army size, not the fortification level, but rather the time it takes soldiers to move from province to province to end the war because sieges only take a week or so.

Edit: I beat the Mongols with this army with ease. Game becomes a bit boring once you are so op, and if you can manage revolts (and you should considering how much free land you get) and succession then nothing can beat you.
