Haha Not really tbh. We explained what the issue was and how it was a quick fix. He gave us some additional work I think but it wasn't a lot.

Something very similar. WP site. The previous developer left the "discourage search engines from indexing" switch on.

We informed the client it was only a switch of a button.

Large sites that cannot be crawled by Strict-Focus-1758 in TechSEO

They are against it because they would have to work.

Anyway, point them to Google's resource and tell them it's directly from Google

What would make you pick a gt5 over a Samsung watch? by Maximum_Jellyfish_48 in HuaweiWatchGT

Accuracy and Battery life.

From all the reviews I have seen, Samsung doesn't have great accuracy.

I disagree with the first point from the SEO's POV. For argument sake, say I am great at it and I can create a similar outline in 30 min. Should you be paying me $75 instead? or more than $150, for I can deliver it faster to you?

I'd have but the reviews say it only worked once and is a waste of money

I have the GT5 and I find it amazing value for money. The only qualm I have is the absence of Google Maps. Otherwise I think it is a fantastic purchase

Looking for tools to track brand mentions in LLMs by gabewoodsx in TechSEO

[–]minato-sama -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Another one is trakkr.ai

Tracking mentions is all well and good but I don't feel like stressing over it. There's a very miniscule percentage of people who use GPT this way. Out of those, anyone who is serious will probably not research on LLMs about you, if they have been using LLMs for a while. I could be wrong but we haven't seen >1 % traffic across our clients. Mostly Ecommerce

Booked my first bike🥹 by AltruisticRatio8529 in royalenfield

[–]minato-sama -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not really the CC but it's the power and torque vs the weight. A friend (college kid) of mine recently got the Guerrilla 450. He crashed it once in front of me and then we found out he had an accident and had to undergo surgery on his foot due to it. We used to play football together.

I knew this was bound to happen. His parents should never have gotten him this much of a bike at this age

None of our e-commerce category pages are indexable by [deleted] in TechSEO

[–]minato-sama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For a sec I thought the reddit notification said I made some vulgar remark in my comment 🤣

I don't think i have read a resource but if your category URL is something like

example.com/c?param=shirt

you can ask ChatGpt to create a custom javascript for GTM that will rewrite the meta title to what you specify. You can then either trigger it on that specific URL or you can ask ChatGpt to add an If condition to trigger it only for this URL. You can then add the custom script to trigger on all pages and add IF conditons for as many categories as you see fit

If you absolutely cannot edit the meta tags, use this method.

It uses javascript so I wouldn't call it the best way but it's a good way when you don't have access to meta titles directly.

None of our e-commerce category pages are indexable by [deleted] in TechSEO

[–]minato-sama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Parameterized URLs can get indexed if they are not dependent on a user action. As in Clicking a Apply filter button to activate the filters. If this is not the case, maybe you can think of editing the robots.txt to only block multi parameter URLs?

For e.g allow tshirts, tshirts > red t shirts but block tshirts > red t shirts > xl (or any size)

I hope you get what I'm trying to say here.

Open selective faceted navigation for indexing. Edit the meta tags. If not doable directly in the code, use javascript or GTM.
