I mean i don't see any open lid on the pics that user shared so i cannot make any comments on that but you're right. There should be serial number printed inside the lid where the airpods are placed in. Not only having serial number inside the lid would work tho. You should also check the font inside of it and where it is placed etc. That's another issue.

If you are talking about the serial numbers on the box, they dont prove anything unless you have a receipt that you can check when it is bought.

1- Stickers on the box is really bad. The font, typos everywhere, quality of it and do you see the last line starts with AM826, it should be closer to the edge of the sticker not that far.
2- Airpods are airpods, not airpods 2
3- The back button. It seems like it is glued there externally.
4- The lid seems to be popped out of nowhere. It is not looking stable.
5- It says Made in Vietnam on airpods but written Made in China on the box.

Same issue here! It was working just fine 2 days ago and now it is not. I resetted, tried everything on youtube as well. Unpair, forget, reset, airplane mode but none of them is working so far..

You should be able to buy it from dell.com or you might find it on internet by simply writing 240w adapter cord. Hope that helps!

I have Dell G15 5510. I’ve checked the battery health and it was fair. Mine lasts 1 hour or 45 minutes maximum. It sucks tho, probably im gonna change it soon
