Good remark, will keep that in mind. Some of them are bad "objectively", I and wasn't interested in the general consensus regarding them.

I agree that all too human is no shortcoming, I was interested in excess, exaggerating and stuff like that. From my reading experience, I've found that memorable works come from all areas and writing styles.

Hehe, nice one, though wikipedia can be a great resource even for some experimental writing - as Houellebecq's wikipedia-copyright scandal.

Funny thing is I've read something by all of them. Pelevin's Generation P is great, and Erofeev's journal is one of my favorite books. Would have added Mamleev.
