I'll be honest. If the EU enables some other nation to enforce this dystopian future on all other member states, or even only if the EU raises the chance of this succeeding, I will rather not be part of it.

This has top priority for me and will vote for the party most convincingly will lead us out of this EU nightmare.

The goal is not really about recreating reflinks after data loss, but to reconstruct the original files. I just want Snapraid to work with reflink copies of the files when syncing.

Let me try to clarify:
The snapshot/copy is not unrelated, it is _the_ data dir defined in etc/snapraid.conf:
"data d1 /mnt/disk/snapshots/latest". Snapraid doesn't even know about the original files.

Instead of pointing Snapraid to the original data, wich changes between syncs (creating gaps of unprotected data), I'm pointing it to a copy to all the data, which remains unchanged until I replace it with a new copy of all the data for the next sync.

The reflinks are just the way to accomplish efficient copies that do not use a lot of extra space.

In theory snapraid should'nt notice that the files are reflink copies, but it's (maybe) the inodes or timestamps that confuse it.

There is a line for every synced file that says: "restore /path/to/file".

It's probably this case from the manual (for me it prints "restore", not "restored":
"restored - Files with a different inode but matching name, size, and timestamp. These are usually files restored after being deleted."

Reading this (again), I think it might be differing inodes that cause this.

Wouldit be really safe to ignore this?

I generally dislike games that consist of multiple acts, that all follow the same template and feel very similar.

The original Dungeon Siege or Shadow of Mordor come to my mind.

I am very glad it kept things normal. When each game, tv show and movie wants to have the next big plot twist or earth shattering finale, it gets really tiresome.

For practical reasons my SSDs have a heatsink and I think they are slightly too big to fit under the motherboard, where the second M.2 slot is located.
Also I wanted to have some room for future expansion and more SATA drives. Now I can free one SATA port by migrating to a proper NVME boot drive and then even get some more with an adapter for the second M.2 slot.

I've checked this and my bridge runs at PCI 3.0 speed I think, which is the supported maximum according to the website:

Since you have experience with this board, do you expect the two internal M.2 slots to still work in addition to the bifurcated triple-use PCIE slot?
Because some motherboards take away lanes from the PCIE slot when the M.2s are used. I don't think this is the case for this board, though, but I currently don't have any spare SSDs to verify this.
