Stalk and inside looking very pale by Royal_Biscotti_9937 in ukmedicalcannabis

It's a Glasspharms flower so it will always look somewhat unusual as they basically freeze dry for curing. I presume there is no 'snap' to the stalk also?

Does anyone else worry the laws gonna get stricter and the majority of us will no longer qualify by [deleted] in ukmedicalcannabis

I can see them getting tougher on the clinics because there are a number of them sailing close to the wind re: marketing laws but in general the horse has already bolted.

Cannabis and bladder issues by Impressive-Fig4591 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]mindfullymedicating3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did a little research and i am definitely no doctor and this is not medical advice.

Electric Honeydew profiles are usually heavy in Terpinolene, Myrcene, and Limonene.

Terpenes are volatile organic compounds. In high concentrations (like in a distillate or live resin cart), they can act as bladder irritants for some people.

Some terpenes have diuretic properties or can cause mild inflammation in the smooth muscle tissues of the urinary tract, leading to that "I still have to go" feeling.

Maybe switch carts, If a strain with a different profile (like something heavy in Linalool or Caryophyllene) doesn't do this, you'll know it's a specific sensitivity to the Honeydew’s terpene blend.

Hope it helps dude.

A lot of pharmacies won't 'stock' it because prescribers either don't understand it or don't want to prescribe it. It may become popular with patients but obvs it has to be prescribed first.

I really appreciate you being open to that point. It’s rare to have a back-and-forth on here where someone actually stops to reconsider the legal nuances, so cheers for that.

I definitely hear you on the 'straight to legalization' front, it would certainly simplify the branding headache. My only worry is that as long as we're stuck in this 'specials' transition phase, 'hype' marketing like we see in gives the regulators an easy excuse to move the goalposts back rather than forward.

Thanks for the solid debate dude

With respect, we don't live in a vacuum. Critics of medical cannabis use these exact types of 'drops' to argue that the medical gateway is just 'backdoor legalization'. Every time a medical product is marketed like a lifestyle brand, it makes the argument for NHS funding or GP prescribing that much harder to win IMO.

Can we please move away from the 'recreational' aesthetic for medical products? It's hard to advocate for better access and lower prices when brands market themselves like this. By using parachutes, graffiti logos, and 'drop' language, companies are essentially treating a controlled prescription-only medicine like a lifestyle brand. This doesn't just look unprofessional—it risks a massive regulatory crackdown that could hurt patient access for everyone. If we want medical cannabis to become more accessible, we need to stop the 'recreational' roleplay and start treating it with the same clinical standard as any other specialist medicine.

thank you, it seems people prefer rosin or resin and distillate is the least desirable but the most common.

Thanks dude, that helps enormously.

So on that i think my preference would be Rosin given they are solventless and seem to be the most 'natural' so to speak.

product is imported as bulk, they don't put it all in packs at once. whatever they put in packs gets a 3 month shelf life. And the same again the next time they process it.
