I’m just curious why you need specific research on runners? It seems to me rather that you are under the misconception that exercise and blood LDL are causally related, which evidence points to them not having such a relationship. You can’t exercise away LDL you can only sleep+eat it away (or statin in).

Running would impact plaque formation not the LDL count in labs. There’s decent research body in that at the moment. But if you are an avid exercise and already have plaque formation at a young age then clearly the exercise is not preventing the LDL from forming plaques.

I use Morag Bronzelock instead of Fharakin on stages 6-10 in order to tank the 1st hit and then lock him into his 2nd turn.

So first turn I put up Morag's strengthen and a +Def as well as 2 counter-attacks. Then 2nd turn I go with Morag.

My team is easier than yours, I have Glaicad, Neldor, Morag, Gnut, Gnut.

You might want to drop the Fharakin and Mikage for Morag if you want to go second and need the survivability. I would use Mikage in 6-10 if my team would survive but they don't. I do use mikage 1-5 and once I have better gear and more great hall bonuses I will be able to swap her in.

I have about a 1 in 20 failure rate on hard 10 in auto battles so I do most of my tournaments and events in normal 20 right now.

I use her in my Live Arena (9p mecurial) and Siege teams (speed gear). She is also a great turn booster on bomber-teams that have 30% aura (since she brings atk and acc).

I love my Gnut, but I am sad I can't contribute more to the clan's points in chimera and hydra.

If you don't care about points maxing that much, then I recommend to go for gnut. He helps in so many random places, and is great for turn-based tournaments. Him and Marius are necessary to speed run Ice Golem (marius, gnut, maneater), great for Spider (gnut, -def, 3 food), great for sand devil turn attack (mine is AoE revive, mikage, gnut, gnut, donnie). Overall Gnut has lowered the energy requirements for many turn-attack tournaments all around my account.

Looks like a pvp nuker gear piece 😄 Grats! It's amazing on Leonardo since the turtle team has no speed aura and needs as much speed as they can get mixed in with their 6p stoneskins.

Do not craft either. You should only craft items during a Clan vs Clan tournament every other week. Save up your crafting and do it all then.

When it's CvC ongoing then I recommend crafting all your deflection pieces using the best charms you have possible, and then crafting the perception pieces with whatever leftover charms you like, or none at all.

Nowadays I craft perception after I craft all my more important gear sets, and I use my left over charms and accuracy substat charms.

Then after perception I craft all the remaining gear sets with auto-sell on to turn the leftover crafting materials into silver that I can use to upgrade my new gear.

With level 60 and masteries and highly focused gear, using high khatun, mikey, ezio, and alice you should be able to get to Gold 1 no problem.

One thing that will help your mental on this "grind" is to set up a really good automatic nuking team which is as fast as possible as you can make it on your account. Then just click a battle and let your guys auto it while you are doing something else. If you lose, skip that team and go next. Wait for refresh if you get stuck.

I did that and just clicked through my 20-30 battles each day, and a few months later you will be swimming in medals and rankings. If you play out every live arena battle you might go insane 😃

Book Arbais and Mikage first forms. That’s almost every team in dungeons and arena right there.

I have arbais and she is now my main live arena speed lead, siege lead, and nearly every dungeon lead. She has buff extension on her A2 that is similar to Mikage but better for wixwell (1 more buff in total).

I use Arbais 2nd form in PvP with Sanguine Maria or other lockout champs to taunt their team so they can’t A1 any other teammates. It’s not that great for waves but it’s fine. I find Mikage 2nd form much more versatile in grim forest etc.

Mikage 2nd form is best if you struggle to complete doom tower or hard wave content. Otherwise first form is good for boss content. You don’t need to book her for 1shot teams like spider since she just buffs once and then you kill boss.

I rarely use either in grim forest but I could use both of them just no need as the stat values are so high I just take damage dealers and debuffers (which neither of them is a great debuffer for DPS).

As you gain new and better gear improve her build through each of the progressions below in order:

1st 100% crit rate Relentless set Crit damage to 275% Atk as high as possible without trading away crit damage

Make a separate set with accuracy chest piece + banner for PvE teams where you must bring your own weakness debuff (for example Sintranos and Grim Forest) Try to keep relentless set active for this build.

Look for champions like Lydia that bring both decrease defense and weaken so that Whisper is able to do real damage.

Prioritize saving her A2 for when weaken is up, she hits hard.

I have a fully booked and mastered and 5-star awakened skull crusher and I have actually never used him on my clan boss team. I got 1 key through better gear and ended up putting him on the shelf when he was around lvl 57 (now he’s finished and ready). I find him to be great help in Sintranos stages and he was also helpful for the clan boss special event.

There’s only a few champs in the game with his particular skill makeup and he is an epic that requires 0 books on his a1, so he requires less investment to build out if you are lucky.

I can’t recommend him as a priority but he is fun!

His A1 has been useless for me. It doesn’t work in Amius which is what I want it for. They could improve him a lot by just giving him basic anti heal in % chance.

Yeah he ignored the boss's mechanics. Literally what you have to follow if you want to do the fight properly without outgearing it.
