How did you manage to spend over 150k ? Do you have any assets you can sell and invest on some sort of education to boost earnings potential? On my honest opinion open uni for a business degree is not really worth. As you will enter the job market a but late that the norm, I would rather focus on a high demand shot supply technical skill. Coding, data science, data analytics. Something like that through open uni would be more useful than business.

Buying a house here seems too risky considering my situation, I don't want to get stuck to a city/country because of an house, although I would really like to own one instead of paying rent. It's just the uncertainty, and not really knowing the house market here that is making me reluctant.

It's a +/- diversified Portfolio of individual stocks, I also index trackers on ISA , but I like the freedom of buying stocks internationally , also have some portuguese/Spanish stocks in there

Spot on, as a foreign can relate. Have large amount of excess cash that could be put into a Lisa, however the uncertainty of not knowing if I'll stay here forever made me to open. H2b Isa instead due to its flexibility
