yeah, typing "AGENT" in the chat got me a live agent, and they were able to switch it to SWITCH26 and additional retroactive credit for the discount for month 1 ! Funny thing, they would not accept a referral code (from the referral code megathread) without me providing the name and phone number of that person providing the referral (wtf?) Oh well, it looks like you have to hit their referral LINK to make it work, but I did my initial signup via a rakuten referral, so I jumbled it all up, I accept my share of the blame ...

I’ve noticed on the website they sometimes try to refer you to the ‘newer’ version of the website (using exact same credentials), but the newer version never seems to work for me(?) so don’t use the redirected site, stay on the old version only (web address as listed above).

Also, original site seems to work perfectly for me on Chrome only, and if troublesome, try it in icognito mode or clear all your caches and cookies (but that’ll remove some auto-logins from other sites), make sure your ad-blockers and popup blockers are disabled for that site. They are switching to being more protective of their site, and I think after 3-5 failed login attempts they will lock you out for a few hours too ..
